To better assist with your inquiries or any needs prior to purchasing or returning goods in unworn, sellable condition, please provide as much detail as possible regarding the product. This will ensure the best response.

RETURNS-

Custom Designs
Our custom designs are tailored specifically to your preferences, created with you in mind. As these items are made to order, they are not eligible for return. However, we welcome conversations to address any minor details that may require adjustment.

Ready-to-Wear Items
Ready-to-wear items can be returned within 5 business days of receiving your package. We kindly ask that you send us a courtesy email notifying us of your return request. This helps us provide the best service in either matching your expectations or fully refunding the purchase price, provided the garment is in its original selling condition.

Please note, taxes and shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds & Exchanges
Approved returns are eligible for store credit or exchange, at the customer’s request. Standard refunds will be processed within 5 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned items, and will be issued in the same form of payment originally used.
